Summer is crazy hot this year, and a lot of people are looking for ways to both have fun and cool off at the same time. Hitting the beach and or pools is definitely high on the list of things to do during the summer. What is a good way to do this and still slip in some-goodness? Try on an eco bathing suit for size. A lot of them are just as comfortable, if not more comfortable, as a regular bathing suit. Take a look at the ones that I have listed for all of you below…
Triangle One Piece
A classy, full-coverage one-piece with gold accent straps. Adjustable tie straps criss-cross the back. It has a nice stretch, and will stay put during water sports. This suit looks and feels like a traditional swimsuit. The secret is in the fabric. Most swimsuits are made from polyester due its water repelling properties, and this one is, too. But instead of using petroleum to create this polyester fabric, it’s made using recycled plastic bottles.
Tres Palmas Classic Bikini
The classic bikini bottom sits low on the hips with a moderate coverage back. The triangle top has a covered elastic band under the bust and criss-crosses in the back. Rustic print reverses to black on both pieces. Another swimsuit made using recycled plastic bottles.
Glamour Tie Back One Piece
Cute and classy front ring gathering with removable halter tie straps. Three adorable ties in the back for adjustability. 65% bamboo, 8% spandex, 27% cotton, and made in California.
Tizi Cut Out Swimsuit
Swim, lounge and play in this heavenly, full-coverage one-piece swimsuit that’s bright, cheerful and attractive. Small side cut-outs add interest without compromising coverage. Removable neck strap. The bamboo fabric blend stretches to cover your curves and dries quickly. Latex free. 65% Bamboo, 27% Organic Cotton, 8% Spandex, and made in the USA.
Red Luna Bamboo Bikini
This lovely red bikini is made of bamboo and organic cotton with 2% spandex. The fit of the luna bikini is amazing and looks good on all body types.
Wednesday’s Quick Tip: Looking for an affordable reusable bag? Here’s a good tip – if you have a Dollar General store near you then go there for your reusable bag. Most Dollar General stores give you a reusable bag for free. Make sure to look for them sitting on a rack at one of the checkout counters. If a store such as Dollar General can give away decent quality reusable bags then why can’t the extremely large chain stores such as Walmart do the same? Good question.
