		<description>Most of the folks I know have slowly moved away from eating red meat.  The still eat chicken and turkey but they are eating more vegetables.  I don\&#039;t know if this could be called ture vegetarianism, but it\&#039;s a step.

Many stop eating red meat, beef in particular, because it is so difficult to digest and, as we age, it saps a lot of energy!</description>
